This arrangement of a French Folk Song, MEUNIERE, is a unique teaching piece. TON MOULIN means “your windmill”. The wind is imitated by use of the echo and gyro techniques. The music alternates between “slow and expressive” with a quarter note = 84-96 and “lively” with a quarter note = 132.
