This happy, light setting of the hymntune PUER NOBIS is appropriate for Easter (“That Easter Day with Joy Was Bright”), Advent (“On Jordan’s Bank the Baptist’s Cry”), or Epiphany (“What Star Is This, with Beams so Bright”). TD, LV, and RT are used, and handchimes may be substituted in the slow middle section if desired. This 3-5 octave edition includes no bell changes, easy Shelley ringing, and is compatible with the 2-3 CGB 281 octave edition.
