Venite Adoremus and In Dulci Jubilo. This medley of two tunes — “The Snow Lay on the Ground” and “In Dulci Jubilo” — provides a fresh take on both. Multiple stopped techniques are used throughout to beautiful effect, especially the extended section of martellatos at a piano dynamic in the bass. A final joyful verse of the first theme closes out the piece, which ends with a playful flourish.
