Description

Energy and joy abound in this original composition featuring a recurring, rhythmic melody in the upper bells, underscored by a steady, LV eighth-note pattern in the middle bells. Thumb damping and malleting in the middle and bass bells add to the exciting flavor of the piece. Optional handchimes are used in a secondary melody. The conclusion is upbeat and exuberant. While written for the Easter season, it is also appropriate any time throughout the church year. The two compatible editions make this piece an excellent festival selection. 2-3 octaves  CGB 720 and 3-5 octaves CGB 721
