Description

“Porta Hymn Four” is a method of ringing ten easy hymns by four ringers using twelve handbells or hand held chimes without interchanging bells between ringers. An explanation of this quartet concept is included along with other information. The music is written to be played with the G5 to G6 octave, but any G to G octave will work. “Jesus Lover of My Soul, Come Thou Almighty King, For the Beauty of the Earth, My Faith Looks Up to Thee, Now Thank We All Our God, Joyful Joyful We Adore Thee, Saviour Like a Shepherd Lead Us, Lord Dismiss Us With thy Blessing, Master No Offering Costly and Sweet” and “O Worship the King, All Glorious Above.”
