Written for 6 ringers, these titles work for handbells or handchimes; two are scored for both. “Psalm of Life” has Level 1 rhythms but bell changes for five of the ringers. “By the Waters of Life”, Level 2, sounds best with both handbells and handchimes, as well as “Canticle”; a quick change between bells and chimes affects several positions. “Joyous Life”, a short piece in alla breve, is suitable for handchimes but more appealing played on handbells.
