Despite calling for no bell changes, Sandra Winter’s original composition is a worthy challenge for the intermediate choir. Featuring a repeating bass line and melodic material, the piece builds in excitement and intensity before coming to a booming conclusion. Because of the lack of bell changes, it offers ensembles the chance to work on playing quick, clean sixteenth notes, and to focus on interweaving different melodic lines.
