Description

This original composition for double choir of handbells and handchimes is appropriate any time of year, especially for Holy Communion. The rich, lyrical melody sets a meditative mood enhanced by contemporary harmonies. The musical setting was inspired by the text of the Agnus Dei: “Lamb of God, you take away the sin of the world; have mercy on us; grant us peace. Amen.” The easy chime part may also be played on a keyboard if chimes are unavailable.
