Description

“Nocturne” introduces a 6-ringer ensemble (D5–A6) to the most common patterns in 6/8 meter. Four short exercises on the back page provide drills on each pattern by itself and in combination with the other patterns. Even though the 6/8 meter classifies “Nocturne” as Level 3, this original composition is not difficult. There are no bell changes. Chimes enhance the mood of this piece. Key of C Major. 42 measures.
