This wonderful work is based on an Irish carol originating from the County Wexford. Bits of two other carols – A Babe Is Born and Let All That Are to Mirth Inclined — are also included. Derek Hakes has combined the singing bell technique, randomly rung suspended bells, bar chimes and more to create a mystical feel. This is one to add to your Christmas repertoire!
