This traditional English Folk song may be better know by the hymn title, “The Gift of Love.” Appropriate for church, weddings or concerts, it is a familiar and much loved melody. With a tranquil tempo and note values of quarter, half or whole notes, “O Waly Waly” would be a good learning piece for a beginning quartet.
