Introducing “The Brokering Project” – a versatile series of Handbell Solos and Children’s Anthems that celebrate the inspired creations of Herb and Lois Brokering – commissioned by their long-time friend Karen Van Wert. “Rainbows” showcases Lois Brokering’s light-hearted faith with a simple text, a catchy tune and some unexpected harmonies. Many performance options are included: 1) Handbell Solo and piano; 2) Children’s Anthem and Piano with opt. C instrument – (Add a Ukulele! – to capture the whimsical nature of the piece); 3) Include the congregation in the fun with the Bulletin insert or text slides; 4) Add a very easy L1 1-3 oct. Handbell/Handchime score to the mix; 5) Mix and Match any or all of the possibilities!
